As part of Supreme Graphics lean initiatives, Paperless Office was introduced in January 2010. Paperless Office enables Supreme to provide invoices and monthly statements to customers via E-mail.
Presently, 20% of Supreme's invoices and 12% of Supreme's statements are e-mailed to customers who have elected to receive their documents electronically. One of the benefits customers have lauded is that they receive their invoice electronically the day of or the day after an order is completed. The time delay of traditional mail is eliminated. Additionally, the invoices are delivered to the appropriate person's computer and no mail distribution is needed at the customer's work place. Receiving invoices so promptly has a financial benefit to the customer as well in making it easier for them to take their appropriate discounts when offered.
